6.0/10“The flavor upfront is good, but the back half and the after taste is not good. I don’t know about the “Ultra effect” but I got my hands on these and wanted to try them out. The pouch is extremely moist and the material inside the pouch is clumped together and moves around the pouch pretty easily. If I could I would have the material inside be packed and it would significantly make the pouch more comfortable. The flavor doesn’t last very long. Worth a try if your interested though, but just don’t expect anything crazy.”
